The matrix is an awesome movie that came out in 1999. This movie is considered science fiction Starring, Keanu Reeves, Lawrence Fishbourne. In the movie, the future is dystopian the reality is stimultaed by humans. Computers and machines rule the world and the humans. The stimulated reality is called the Matrix. This created by sentient machines to subdue the human population while their bodies heat and electrical activity are used as an energy source. Neo learnes the truth and leads a rebellion against the machines.

This is a metaphyiscal movie due to its moments of relity and anti-reality. Within the reality in the movie, humans are in vats of pink goop and electirical impulses are used to decieve the mind that they are liking normal everyday lives.

Unrealistcially, the Matrix has been pulled over the eyes of humans so that they machines can feed off of their energy as though they are nothing more than batteries. Humans escape the Matrix to fight for humanity.

Now in reality, there is no rush thing as being able duck or dodge a bullet in slow motion. Although, it looks very cool and is very creative, the fact is, it is not possible. Second, there is no such thing as machines ruling humans. Humans are on top of the food chain and that is impossible as well. I view the Matrix as a popular art. Things that happen in this movie cannot be re-acted on stage.
